There are a number of PTDC Motel and Rest Houses in the valley to promote tourism. Shandur guest house and Wali hotel are the most popular hotels in the area, though, among those motels.

When to go:

The best time to visit the valley in the month of June and July.

Accessibility:

The valley is easily accessible from Chitral as well as Gilgit. From Gilgit, it takes about 4 and a half hours to reach the valley.

Distance:

The total distance from the Islamabad to the valley of Phandar is 671 km by road.
